About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on servers, networking equipment, HVAC systems, and other critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a data center, telecom, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and IT infrastructure systems.
• Proficiency with remote monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to on‑site locations when necessary (minimum 10% of the time).
