About the Role

As our Remote Maintenance Person, you’ll be the vital link between our facilities and smooth operations. You’ll remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide array of maintenance issues affecting our Florida locations. Responsibilities

• Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Schedule and coordinate on-site maintenance tasks with local technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and document findings meticulously.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests for Florida facilities.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement parts.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience
