This is a 100% Work from Home position designed for a seasoned maintenance professional who understands the technical side of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work but is ready to move into a management and coordination capacity. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues via digital reports, vetting third-party vendors, and optimizing the maintenance lifecycle to increase property value and tenant satisfaction.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $78,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Contractor Management

You will build and maintain a gold-standard network of licensed contractors across Texas. Your goal is to negotiate fair pricing, verify insurance and licensing, and ensure that the quality of work meets our rigorous company standards. You are the gatekeeper of quality control.

Technical Troubleshooting & Triage

Using your deep knowledge of building systems, you will perform “virtual triage.” By analyzing photos and videos sent by tenants, you will determine if a problem requires an emergency dispatch or a scheduled repair, preventing unnecessary costs and reducing downtime.

Operational Oversight

You will manage the digital maintenance queue, track work orders from inception to completion, and ensure all documentation is filed correctly for tax and insurance purposes. You will implement preventative maintenance schedules to stop problems before they start.

Requirements

We are looking for a unique blend of technical “know-how” and administrative excellence. To be successful in this remote role, you must possess:
