Salary Range

Your Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Contractor Management

You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing a network of reliable third-party contractors. You will negotiate contracts, verify insurance compliance, and ensure that all work performed meets our strict quality standards.

Operational Coordination

You will oversee the entire maintenance lifecycle—from the moment a tenant submits a ticket to the final inspection. This includes prioritizing urgent repairs, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital logs of all property improvements.

Technical Troubleshooting

Using your technical background, you will conduct “virtual triage.” By guiding tenants through basic troubleshooting steps, you will reduce unnecessary service calls and save the company thousands in avoidable dispatch fees.

Requirements
