Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Contractor Management

You will build and maintain a robust database of licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC specialists across Texas. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, verifying insurance, and ensuring that all vendors adhere to our quality and safety guidelines.

Digital Work Order Coordination

Utilizing our cloud-based property management software, you will assign work orders to the appropriate technicians based on urgency, location, and skill set. You will track progress in real-time to ensure residents receive timely resolutions.

Quality Assurance & Budgeting

You will review invoices for accuracy, approve expenditures within a set budget, and conduct “virtual walkthroughs” via video calls to verify that repairs have been completed to professional standards.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction coordination.
