Are you a seasoned trucking professional looking to trade the open road for a home office? We are seeking a Remote Logistics Coordinator to leverage your industry expertise in managing fleet operations and driver dispatching from the comfort of your own home.

About the Role

Transition your deep knowledge of the trucking industry into a high-impact corporate role. As a Remote Logistics Coordinator, you won’t be behind the wheel, but you will be the brain behind the operation. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our fleet of drivers and our clients, ensuring that every shipment is tracked, every deadline is met, and every driver is supported.

This is a 100% remote position designed for those who understand the grit and complexity of the trucking world but are ready for a professional environment that offers stability, a consistent schedule, and the ability to work from anywhere in Texas. You will optimize routes, manage electronic logging devices (ELDs), and solve real-time transit challenges to keep the supply chain moving efficiently.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $82,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management & Dispatching

You will oversee the daily scheduling of long-haul and regional drivers, ensuring maximum fuel efficiency and optimal route planning. By utilizing advanced GPS and logistics software, you will minimize deadhead miles and maximize profitability.

Compliance & Safety Oversight

Maintain strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. You will monitor Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure driver safety and legal compliance, handling all digital paperwork and permitting requirements remotely.

Driver Relations & Support

Act as the lifeline for our drivers. You will provide real-time troubleshooting for road delays, coordinate maintenance schedules, and maintain a positive, supportive relationship with the fleet to ensure high driver retention.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Driver (CDL holder preferred) or in a trucking dispatch role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and ELD software.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between warehouse managers and drivers.
  • Home Office Setup: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace to maintain professional productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and resolve logistical bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Our Team?

Work-Life Balance

No more sleepless nights in truck stops or weeks away from family. Enjoy a stable, remote environment where you can manage your professional responsibilities while being present for your personal life.

Comprehensive Benefits

We believe in taking care of our team. Our package includes premium health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, and paid time off to ensure you recharge and stay focused.

Career Growth

We don’t just offer a job; we offer a career path. With our internal leadership training, you can move from a Coordinator role into Fleet Management or Regional Operations Director positions within our growing logistics network.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate is someone who knows the road like the back of their hand but is ready to apply that knowledge to a strategic, administrative capacity. If you can predict a traffic jam before it happens and know exactly how to reroute a shipment to save time and money, you are who we are looking for.

We value the unique perspective that former drivers bring to the table—your empathy for the driver’s experience makes you a more effective communicator and a better leader in the logistics space.
