Key Responsibilities

Fleet Optimization & Route Planning

Driver Mentorship & Support

Act as the primary point of contact for drivers on the road. Provide real-time troubleshooting for mechanical issues and guidance on navigating difficult deliveries, ensuring our drivers feel supported and safe.

Compliance & Safety Oversight

Monitor Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to ensure strict adherence to DOT regulations. Conduct remote safety audits and ensure all heavy-duty equipment is maintained according to industry standards.

Vendor & Dispatch Coordination

Coordinate with warehouses and shipping hubs to streamline the loading and unloading process, minimizing dwell time and maximizing the productivity of our tractor-trailer fleet.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver with a valid CDL-A (Commercial Driver’s License).
