About the Role

As a Remote Light Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials using a light truck, while leveraging technology to receive dispatch instructions and update delivery statuses from your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a light truck (Class 1 or 2) to transport cargo to various destinations.
• Plan and execute daily delivery routes using GPS and logistics software.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers via mobile app or radio to confirm delivery details.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing the company professionally.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Light Truck Driver’s License (CDL Class B or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction).
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
