Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations within established schedules

- Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status updates

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of local Texas roadways and delivery routes
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends as needed
- Pass mandatory drug screening and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in package delivery or logistics industry
- Hazardous materials (HazMat) endorsement preferred but not required
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery software
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
Salary Range
$48,000 – $67,000 USD/year
Compensation is based on experience, hours worked, and performance. Our top-performing drivers consistently earn above the midpoint of our range through overtime opportunities and performance bonuses.
