About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Operation & Safety

Operate light‑duty trucks (up to 26,000 lbs GVWR) in compliance with DOT regulations, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and maintain a clean driving record. You’ll follow safety protocols, report any mechanical issues promptly, and ensure cargo is secured according to company standards.

Route Planning & Documentation

Utilize our routing software to optimize daily stops, adhere to delivery windows, and accurately log miles, fuel usage, and service hours. You’ll complete electronic delivery confirmations, maintain accurate logs for audits, and communicate any delays or exceptions to the dispatch team.

Customer Interaction

Provide courteous, professional service when interacting with customers at delivery points. Address inquiries, handle paperwork, and represent our brand positively, contributing to high customer satisfaction scores and repeat business.

Requirements

Experience & Licensing

Minimum of 12 months of verifiable experience driving light‑truck vehicles. A valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or C) with a clean record is required. Familiarity with DOT Hours‑of‑Service rules and basic vehicle maintenance is preferred.
