About the Role

As a Remote Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care across a network of home‑care clients. Your duties include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and monitoring vital signs via secure telehealth platforms.
• Developing and updating individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and RN supervisors.
• Administering medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions through remote instructions and tele‑monitoring.
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in our electronic health record system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing with a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential in your state.
