About the Role

As a Remote Janitor and Cleaner, you will be the backbone of our virtual housekeeping service, coordinating and executing cleaning projects for residential and commercial clients across the country. Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed cleaning checklists and assign tasks to on‑site subcontractors or handle them personally.
• Monitor real‑time progress through our proprietary SaaS platform and ensure standards are met.
• Document before‑and‑after photos, submit reports, and communicate any issues to clients promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, order replacements, and track expenses.
• Provide training modules and live webinars for new remote cleaning staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning or janitorial experience (hospitality, corporate, or residential).
• Proven ability to work independently with strong time‑management skills.
