About the Role

As a Remote Janitor and Cleaner, you will provide high-quality cleaning, maintenance, and janitorial services to clients across diverse environments, including offices, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and residential properties. You will be responsible for sanitizing surfaces, managing inventory, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring a spotless, safe environment for occupants. This role requires initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You’ll collaborate with clients to meet or exceed their expectations while maintaining a professional and eco-friendly approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using environmentally safe products.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely, including vacuums, floor machines, and pressure washers.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance needs and report to property managers or clients promptly.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory levels for cleaning materials and tools.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• 2+ years of experience in janitorial, cleaning, or facility maintenance roles.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, and work extended shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Reliable transportation or availability to travel to assigned client locations.

Salary Range
