Requirements

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years in IT leadership or senior systems management roles, with at least 2 years in a fully or partially remote environment.

• Strong track record with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and practical experience with service desk tools.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and align third-party solutions with internal priorities.

Salary Range
