• Oversee network architecture, cloud services, and hybrid infrastructure
• Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business systems and applications
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute IT budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that drive efficiency

Security & Compliance

• Maintain robust cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive IT management experience, including remote team leadership
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred)

Salary Range

$95,000 – $130,000 USD per year
