Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance frameworks (PCI‑DSS, SOC2, GDPR).
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success to prioritize feature rollout and incident response.
• Negotiate contracts with third‑party vendors, monitor SLAs, and manage annual technology budgets.
