About the Role

As our IT Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end technology operations for a fast-growing enterprise. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll lead a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies to enhance efficiency and security
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement processes
• Oversee cloud computing platforms, data management systems, and network infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO) and conduct risk assessments
• Lead incident response protocols and disaster recovery planning
• Mentor technical teams and drive professional development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of IT management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity frameworks
• Strong project management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Florida residency required for tax and compliance purposes
