About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our global technology stack, ensure robust security, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑grade infrastructure (cloud, on‑prem, hybrid) that supports 24/7 operations.
• Lead a team of 6–8 IT professionals, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career development.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Partner with product and engineering to align technology roadmaps with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, manage budgets, and optimize spend without compromising quality.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve system reliability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical incidents and security incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
• Strong background in network architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of implementing cost‑effective, scalable solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Valid driver’s license not required; relocation to any U.S. state permitted.
