About the Role

As our Remote IT Manager, you will be the linchpin between business strategy and technology execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a distributed team of 12 engineers and analysts to deliver high‑availability cloud services.

Requirements

Essential Experience

• 8+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in fintech, e‑commerce, or SaaS.
• Proven track record managing cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks (PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Strong background in DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
