Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with claims specialists to facilitate timely resolution of client claims. Provide regular status updates and maintain transparent communication throughout the claims process.

Requirements

Qualifications

A high‑school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid property and casualty insurance license in their state of residence, or be willing to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.

Skills & Attributes
