Salary Range

$55,000 – $95,000 USD per year

Note: This is an estimated range based on base commissions and performance-based bonuses. High achievers frequently exceed the upper limit of this range through aggressive lead conversion and client retention.

Requirements

• A valid Insurance License (Life, Health, or Property & Casualty) is highly preferred; we will provide guidance for those currently in the licensing process.
• Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision in a remote setting.
