Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor SIEM and IDS/IPS alerts for suspicious activity.
• Investigate and triage security incidents, coordinating response efforts.

• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Assist in security awareness training and phishing simulation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic), IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection tools.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls) and common attack vectors.
• Experience with vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS) and basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and presenting to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
