About the Role

In this fully remote position, you’ll serve as the frontline defender of our enterprise’s digital infrastructure. Your day will oscillate between proactive threat hunting, incident response, and continuous improvement of security controls. You’ll work with state‑of‑the‑art SIEM platforms, conduct regular vulnerability assessments, and develop playbooks that shape our security posture across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring security alerts and investigating anomalies across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments.
• Leading incident investigations, including root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem reporting.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to embed security best practices into the DevSecOps pipeline.
• Maintaining and enhancing our threat intelligence feeds and security automation workflows.
• Providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership on risk mitigation and compliance.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in information security, preferably in a security operations center (SOC) or incident response role.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and common attack vectors.
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability assessment tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS).
