About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts from SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms in real time.
• Perform triage, investigation, and escalation of potential security incidents.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in a security operations, SOC, or similar analyst role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, or similar).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and common attack techniques.
• Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Carbon Black).
• Familiarity with vulnerability management solutions (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
• Basic scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and log parsing.

Salary Range
