– Train employees on security awareness and phishing prevention strategies.
– Document incident response procedures to ensure rapid recovery times.

Requirements

– Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in a cybersecurity role.
– Deep understanding of network protocols, encryption standards, and authentication mechanisms.
– Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, Splunk, and Nessus.
– Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think like a hacker.
– Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
