This is your chance to turn your driving expertise into a rewarding, high-impact career with a company that respects your time and talent.

About the Role

We are seeking professional, safety-conscious, and highly motivated Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers to join our growing fleet. While this position is categorized as a “Remote” role for residents of Texas, it is designed for those who thrive on the freedom of the open road. You won’t be stuck behind a desk; instead, your “office” will be the vast highways of America, delivering essential goods that keep the economy moving.

As a key member of our logistics network, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of heavy freight across various long-haul and regional routes. You will manage your own schedule to a certain extent, ensuring that cargo is secured, documentation is precise, and every mile driven is a mile driven with excellence. We don’t just want a driver; we want a professional road captain who takes pride in their vehicle and their reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate heavy-duty tractor-trailers and various types of freight trailers across long distances.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity and safety compliance.
  • Manage electronic logging devices (ELD) to maintain accurate records of driving hours and rest periods.
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize routes and meet strict delivery windows.
  • Secure all cargo using appropriate tie-downs, straps, or bracing to prevent shifting during transit.
  • Maintain a clean and professional driving record while adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.

Salary Range

$65,000 – $95,000 USD per year (Based on experience, mileage, and bonus structures).

Requirements

To excel in this role and maintain our high standards of safety and reliability, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL): Must possess a Class A CDL with a clean driving history.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy tractor-trailers in long-haul environments.
  • Endorsements: Tanker or Hazmat endorsements are highly preferred and may lead to higher pay tiers.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to manage long hours of driving and assist with occasional loading/unloading tasks if required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GPS technology, ELD software, and basic vehicle maintenance troubleshooting.
  • Compliance: Must be able to pass a comprehensive DOT drug and alcohol screening and a background check.

Benefits & Perks

We believe that our drivers are the backbone of our success, which is why we offer a compensation package designed to support your lifestyle and long-term goals.

  • Competitive Pay: High CPM (cents per mile) rates combined with consistent weekly settlements.
  • Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to keep you and your family protected.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) options with company matching to help you build wealth for the future.

Lifestyle & Growth

  • Home Time Balance: We work with you to create schedules that allow for meaningful time away from the road.
  • Modern Equipment: Access to a well-maintained, late-model fleet equipped with the latest safety and comfort technology.
  • Career Advancement: Clear pathways for moving into specialized hauling, driver training, or fleet management roles.
  • Safety Bonuses: Monthly incentives for accident-free miles and high compliance ratings.
