About the Role

In this 100% remote position, you’ll serve as the linchpin between our clinical teams, software vendors, and compliance regulators. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain electronic health record (EHR) integrations, data analytics pipelines, and cybersecurity protocols that meet HIPAA and other industry standards. You’ll work closely with product managers, data scientists, and executive leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions that are both user‑friendly and robust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EHR system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical workflows.
• Architect data pipelines that aggregate structured and unstructured patient data for analytics and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for data privacy and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in health IT, preferably in a clinical or health‑tech environment.
• Proficiency with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
• Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and other interoperability standards.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously from any location.
