About the Role

In this 100% remote position, you’ll serve as the bridge between clinical operations and information technology. Your primary focus will be to design, implement, and maintain electronic health record (EHR) integrations, data analytics pipelines, and cybersecurity protocols that meet HIPAA and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customization of EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech to align with clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with data science teams to build secure data warehouses, ensuring accurate, real‑time access to critical health metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop remediation plans, and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide ongoing training and support for clinicians, administrators, and IT staff via virtual workshops and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to guarantee seamless technology rollouts.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proficiency with EHR systems, HL7/FHIR standards, and interoperability frameworks.
