About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Surveyor to lead the analysis, verification, and mapping of land boundaries and topographical data. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Mapping

• Process and analyze raw data from Total Stations, GNSS, and LiDAR scanners.
• Develop detailed boundary surveys, topographic maps, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
• Perform complex calculations to determine precise coordinates and elevations.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate remotely with field teams to ensure data collection meets project specifications.
• Review legal descriptions and historical land records to resolve boundary discrepancies.
• Prepare final survey reports and certifications for municipal approval.

Quality Control

• Audit survey data for errors or inconsistencies using industry-standard QA/QC protocols.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with state and federal surveying standards.

Requirements
