About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Must‑Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a general manager or equivalent role.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and improving profitability.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L management.
