Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 3+ years in general management or executive leadership
• Proven success managing P&L, budgets exceeding $2M annually
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, operations management, and team leadership
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
• Flexibility to accommodate international time zones when required
