About the Role

As a General and Operations Manager, you are the backbone of daily business performance. You’ll oversee core operational functions, manage budgets, streamline processes, and ensure every department is aligned with the company’s mission and goals. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Partner with finance on annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in operations management, general management, or a related leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, scaling environment (SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or tech preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
• Leadership: Proven success managing distributed, remote-first teams of 10+ employees.
• Analytical Skills: Strong command of data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar) and financial modeling.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Hands-on experience with project management tools like Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.
