About the Role

As a Fundraising Officer, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with our organizational goals. You’ll manage the complete donor lifecycle, from prospect identification and cultivation to stewardship and retention. Your expertise will help us expand our donor base, increase revenue, and build lasting partnerships that drive sustainable impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising campaigns including individual giving, major gifts, grants, and corporate partnerships
• Identify, research, and qualify new funding opportunities and potential donors using CRM database and prospect research tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners through regular communication and engagement activities
• Prepare compelling grant proposals, donor communications, and impact reports that showcase organizational achievements
• Track and analyze fundraising metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams to create compelling storytelling content and donor stewardship materials

Salary Range

$52,000 – $75,000 USD/year

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive fundraising experience with demonstrated success in donor relations and campaign management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual fundraising targets consistently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling donor materials
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or similar) and donor database management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated professional with strong remote work capabilities and reliable technology setup

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
• Experience with virtual fundraising events and digital donor engagement platforms
• Knowledge of grant writing and foundation relations best practices
