About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship

Identify, qualify, and nurture a diverse portfolio of individual, corporate, and foundation donors. Develop personalized communication plans that deepen loyalty and increase lifetime value.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Design multi‑channel fundraising campaigns—including email, social media, virtual events, and direct mail—that align with organizational goals and resonate with target audiences.

Grant Writing & Reporting

Research funding opportunities, prepare persuasive grant proposals, and manage post‑award reporting to ensure compliance and demonstrate impact to funders.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum three years of professional fundraising experience, with a proven track record of securing gifts of $10,000+ and managing campaigns that exceed revenue targets.

Skills

Expertise in donor management systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Bloomerang), CRM analytics, and digital marketing tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication, storytelling ability, and strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential, experience with major gift pipelines, and familiarity with international development or humanitarian sectors.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $75,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and geographic cost‑of‑living adjustments.
