About the Role

Global Impact Partners is seeking a strategic and results‑oriented Fundraising Officer to lead our digital and direct‑mail fundraising programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual fundraising plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage a portfolio of major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive fundraising experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex program outcomes into donor‑centric narratives.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform campaign decisions.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFRE certification or equivalent professional credential.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $75,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and geographic differentials.
