From cultivating high-net-worth individuals to managing corporate sponsorships and optimizing digital giving campaigns, your goal is to create a sustainable financial engine that fuels our mission. You will operate entirely from your home in Texas, utilizing a suite of modern CRM tools and communication platforms to engage with partners across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Donor Acquisition

You will identify, research, and cultivate new donor prospects. By leveraging LinkedIn, industry networks, and philanthropic databases, you will build a robust pipeline of individual and corporate supporters who align with our core values.

Relationship Management

Maintaining existing relationships is just as critical as finding new ones. You will implement a “stewardship first” approach, ensuring every donor feels valued through personalized updates, impact reports, and transparent communication regarding how their contributions are making a difference.

Grant Writing & Campaign Design
