About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop multi‑channel fundraising plans that integrate email, social media, peer‑to‑peer, and virtual events. Monitor performance metrics in real time and iterate quickly to maximize ROI.

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship

Build and manage a portfolio of mid‑level and major donors. Craft personalized communications, impact reports, and recognition experiences that deepen loyalty and increase lifetime value.

Grant Writing & Corporate Partnerships

Research, write, and submit compelling grant proposals to foundations and government agencies. Identify and negotiate corporate sponsorship packages aligned with programmatic goals.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate donor records in our CRM (Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud). Produce weekly dashboards and quarterly board reports that translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of progressive fundraising experience, with at least 1 year in a fully remote environment.

Skills & Competencies

Proven track record of raising $500K+ annually through diversified channels. Expertise in donor CRM platforms, marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and virtual event tools (Zoom, Hopin). Strong storytelling ability, analytical mindset, and excellent written/verbal communication.

Salary Range
