About the Role

As a Remote Fundraising Officer, you will be the engine behind our revenue‑generation strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel fundraising campaigns (email, social, direct mail, virtual events).
• Research, qualify, and cultivate relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Write compelling grant proposals, donor letters, and impact reports.
• Maintain and segment the donor database using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge).
• Analyze campaign performance, produce weekly dashboards, and adjust tactics for optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, program, and finance teams to ensure messaging consistency and accurate budgeting.
• Represent the organization at virtual networking events and webinars to expand our donor base.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven fundraising experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission‑driven organization.
• Demonstrated success in securing gifts ranging from $100 to $10,000+.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities; portfolio of proposals or campaign copy is a plus.
