As a Remote Fundraising Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our organization’s mission to secure sustainable funding for vital programs and services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies and campaigns
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundation partners
• Plan and organize fundraising events, both virtual and in-person
• Create compelling grant proposals and funding applications
• Track fundraising metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
• Leverage digital platforms to expand donor reach and engagement

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in fundraising and a genuine passion for making a difference. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising or development
• Proven success in meeting fundraising targets and goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM software and donor management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of digital fundraising tools and social media marketing
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Salary Range
