Requirements

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit management
• Proven track record of exceeding fundraising targets (specific metrics preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for donor engagement
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang) and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year

This competitive salary is commensurate with experience and includes performance-based bonuses. Compensation varies based on candidate qualifications and geographic location within the U.S.
