Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns across email, social media, events, and direct donor outreach.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and community advocates.
- Write compelling proposals, donor communications, grant narratives, and campaign content.
- Maintain accurate donor records and generate performance reports in the organization’s customer relationship management system.
- Analyze campaign results to improve targeting, engagement, retention, and fundraising revenue.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person fundraising events while ensuring an excellent supporter experience.
- Partner with program, marketing, and leadership teams to align fundraising activities with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, development, or a related field.
- Proven ability to communicate persuasively with diverse audiences and build lasting relationships.
- Experience using donor databases or customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or Donorbox.
- Strong written communication, organization, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage several campaigns, deadlines, and priorities independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
- U.S. residency and authorization to work in the United States are required.
Salary Range and Benefits
Estimated annual salary: $45,000–$65,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, and organizational scope. Performance-based incentives may be available.
