Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Donor Acquisition & Management

• Research and identify prospective individual and corporate donors aligned with our mission.

• Maintain a detailed CRM database to track donor interactions and funding pipelines.

Strategic Campaigning

• Design and launch innovative digital fundraising campaigns across social media and email platforms.

Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze fundraising trends to optimize donor retention rates.
• Provide monthly reports on KPIs, including Average Gift Size and Donor Acquisition Cost.

Requirements
