About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage annual fundraising plans and campaign strategies.
• Prospect for and cultivate relationships with new major gift donors and corporate partners.

• Create compelling grant proposals and sponsorship packages.
• Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud) to track donor interactions and manage prospect pipelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on campaign messaging and materials.
• Analyze fundraising data and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

We seek a candidate with a proven ability to succeed in remote fundraising roles. The ideal candidate possesses:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in major gift fundraising, grant writing, or corporate sponsorship.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, cultivating, and closing major gifts ($10,000+).
