Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and design end-to-end AI solutions.
- Develop machine learning models, algorithms, and data pipelines to address specific use cases.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate AI approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
- Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of the latest AI research, trends, and technologies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, explaining complex AI concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science, along with excellent consulting and communication skills. Specifically, we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML roles, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience. The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $140,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses and equity options. Actual compensation will be determined based on your qualifications, experience level, and geographic location.
