About the Role

You will be the linchpin of our fundraising strategy, responsible for building relationships with donors, securing sponsorships, and managing multi‑channel campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch annual giving, major gift, and digital campaigns that exceed quarterly targets.
• Research and cultivate prospects, maintaining a pipeline of at least 50 qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to produce engaging content for email, social media, and newsletters.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Coordinate events, virtual galas, and donor appreciation initiatives.

Requirements

✔ 3+ years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit or corporate setting
✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang) and Microsoft Office suite
✔ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Salary Range
