Salary Range

$42,000 – $58,000 USD/year

Core Responsibilities

Digital Inventory Management

You will maintain absolute accuracy in our digital inventory records. By monitoring stock levels remotely, you will trigger replenishment orders before shortages occur, ensuring our supply chain remains uninterrupted.

Freight Coordination & Scheduling

You will be the primary point of contact for freight carriers and shipping partners. Your goal is to schedule pickups and deliveries, optimize transit routes, and manage the documentation required for complex material movements.

Real-Time Tracking & Troubleshooting

Using advanced GPS and logistics software, you will track shipments in real-time. If a delay occurs, you will proactively communicate with stakeholders and find immediate solutions to keep the flow of materials consistent.

Data Analysis & Reporting

You will analyze movement patterns to identify inefficiencies in our current material handling processes. Your insights will directly influence how we manage stock and allocate freight resources globally.

Requirements

Professional Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or material management is required. You must have a deep understanding of how goods move through a warehouse environment, even if you are managing them digitally.

Technical Proficiency

Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and advanced Excel is essential. You must be comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously to track complex data streams.
