About the Role

As a Remote Freight, Stock, and Material Mover, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound freight schedules using a cloud‑based TMS.
• Validate shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork for accuracy.
• Update inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl) in real time.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders via Slack, Teams, and email.
• Generate weekly KPI reports on on‑time delivery, damage rates, and inventory turnover.
• Identify process improvements and recommend automation opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or supply chain a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight coordination, inventory control, or material handling.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable with Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic SQL queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently across time zones.
