About the Role

As our newest Freight, Stock, and Material Mover, you will be the backbone of our distribution network. Your primary mission is to ensure that every shipment—from raw materials to finished goods—is accurately tracked, efficiently organized, and safely positioned for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Organize inventory in designated storage areas, maintaining optimal layout for quick retrieval.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) in accordance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring on‑time dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate digital records using our warehouse management system, updating inventory levels and movement logs in real time.
• Participate in regular safety briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do Daily

Your day starts with a quick check‑in on our remote dashboard, where you’ll review the day’s inbound and outbound schedules. You’ll then mobilize to the receiving dock, load freight onto pallets, and verify each item against the bill of lading. After unloading, you’ll place items in their designated slots, update the system, and ensure the storage area stays organized and accessible. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate with the shipping team to confirm pick‑ups and resolve any discrepancies, all while staying compliant with safety standards.

Essential Skills
