Are you a logistics expert looking to transition your heavy-duty coordination skills into a high-impact, fully remote environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Freight, Stock, and Material Mover to manage digital inventory workflows and supply chain logistics from the comfort of your home. Join a forward-thinking team where your organizational mastery keeps the global engine running without ever leaving your desk.

About the Role

While the traditional role of a Material Mover involves physical labor, our Remote Freight, Stock, and Material Mover position focuses on the critical “brain” of the operation. You will serve as the digital architect of our supply chain, ensuring that every piece of freight, every stock unit, and every material movement is tracked, optimized, and executed with surgical precision.

In this role, you won’t be lifting crates; you will be lifting the efficiency of our entire distribution network. You will utilize advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to oversee the movement of goods across multiple hubs. You are the bridge between the physical warehouse floor and our global clients, ensuring that data accuracy matches physical reality.

Your day-to-day will involve monitoring real-time shipment data, coordinating with freight carriers, troubleshooting inventory discrepancies in the digital ledger, and optimizing stock replenishment schedules to prevent bottlenecks. If you have a passion for logistics, a knack for complex scheduling, and a desire for the freedom of a remote lifestyle, this is your perfect match.

Salary Range

$52,000 – $74,000 USD per year (Based on experience and logistics certification level)

Core Responsibilities

Digital Inventory Management

Maintain 100% accuracy in our digital stock databases. You will be responsible for auditing virtual inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies between shipping manifests and received reports, and ensuring that all material movements are logged in real-time.

Freight Coordination & Logistics

Act as the primary point of contact for freight carriers and logistics partners. You will schedule pickups, track high-priority shipments, and proactively communicate any delays or routing issues to the relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery cycles.

Supply Chain Optimization

Analyze stock movement patterns to suggest improvements in replenishment cycles. You will work closely with procurement teams to ensure that material availability aligns with projected demand, minimizing both overstock and stockout scenarios.

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, freight management, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex inventory systems and high-volume shipment scheduling.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong familiarity with digital freight tracking tools and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail—you notice the decimal point error before it becomes a costly mistake.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with global vendors.

Benefits of Joining Our Team

Work-Life Harmony

Enjoy the ultimate flexibility of a 100% remote position. Say goodbye to long commutes and hello to a workspace designed by you, for you. This role is specifically designed for residents of Texas who want to contribute to a global industry from their own home office.

Comprehensive Compensation

  • Competitive annual salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance packages.
  • 401(k) retirement planning with company matching.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and dedicated mental health days.

Professional Growth

We don’t just offer a job; we offer a career path. We provide stipends for logistics certifications and continuous training on the latest supply chain technologies to ensure you remain at the forefront of the industry.
