About the Role

LogiFlow Solutions is expanding its remote workforce and seeking a reliable Freight, Stock, and Material Mover to support our nationwide shipping operations. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure timely material handling for our clients across diverse industries. While based in Florida, this is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from any location within the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight movements using digital tracking systems and carrier communications.
• Update inventory databases, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile material discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, dispatchers, and customers to resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight handling, stock control, or material moving.
• Proficiency with ERP or WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Salary & Compensation
